Well at a very untimely time we have come into a whole lot of eggs. AS you can see in the photo we are stocked up for the winter, but are they ok to eat? Who knows. With the news that poultry and eggs have been found to contain melamine, the chemical that also tainted milk here in China and was responsible for making 1000s of kids sick and even killing some. I am leary of eating eggs and especially of giving them to Gracie. Too bad this is one of the foods Gracie loves to eat and we almost daily enjoy an egg sandwich. I figure if the chickens can pass high levels of melamine to their eggs, then I could potentially pass it to Lola... so I won't be eating eggs either. I guess Matt and Wai Po (our nanny) will be eating lots of eggs. Poo - I am so bummed out!
