Chinese Flavor

People often ask me if I can cook Chinese food. Well I think I can, and although I don't use as much oil or salt I think it usually turns out pretty edible. I just thought I would post a photo to prove that yes. indeed, I can cook Chinese food Chinese style.

Here is one of our favorites: Green peppers with black bean sauce
Also being served is carrots with red peppers and garlic, and of course a bowl of rice.
This was our lunch today! Yummy!
